Proceeds from the sale of The Kosher Palette II benefit Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy and Kushner Yeshiva High School in Livingston, New Jersey. Founded in 1942 in Newark, the school is today recognized as one of the finest Modern Orthodox day schools in the United States. The school also houses the unique SINAI Institute, which is the only elementary Yeshiva program in the region that caters to the special needs of developmentally challenged children.
