The city of Augusta now has three official cookbooks with the publication of Par 3 – Tea Time at the Masters®. The “Tea-Time” series has earned high praise, including a McIlhenny Hall of Fame Cookbook Award and multiple printings to meet the demands of eager cooks across the country.
Golf legend and Augusta National co-founder Bobby Jones instructed that a “par 3 should be a test of precision, not of strength.” With reminiscences from famous golfers from throughout the tournament’s history, eighteen menu plans, and great tips on planning ahead for a relaxing special occasion, Par 3 demonstrates the artistry of practiced hostesses, giving readers the tools to play with precision when entertaining.
Beginning with a foreword by Barbara Nicklaus, this cookbook includes eighteen menus with recipes for all items plus special tips to help everything to proceed smoothly. A special chapter, “The 19th Hole,” includes additional recipes from Augusta’s golf pros, culinary professionals, and of course Junior League entertaining experts.
Par 3 – Tea Time at the Masters® was manufactured by FRP in Nashville, Tennessee.
