FRP (Favorite Recipes Press) is hosting the 12th annual cookbook seminar, Cookbook University, April 11-12, 2005 at the Wyndham-Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas. One of the most respected and successful cookbook producers in the country, FRP has designed this comprehensive two track seminar to guide attendees through the process of producing, marketing and distributing a high-quality, self-published cookbook. This event is just prior to the annual International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) conference, being held at the same facility.
Breakout sessions and networking with other self-publishers and volunteers from across the country encompass this high-energy seminar. Both first-time and experienced cookbook publishers will benefit from attending this event. An additional Cookbook University will be held for Junior League cookbook publishers on May 9-10, 2005 at the Chateau Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans. This event occurs just prior to the annual meeting of the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) in New Orleans.
