FRP Announces Addition of New Employees

FRP (Favorite Recipes Press), the leading producer of community cookbooks in the U.S., is excited to announce the addition of four new employees.

Edward Arndt, Jr. has been hired as CFO/COO. Ed was previously CFO of A. J. Smith Company in Nashville and has an Accounting and Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Carol Phillips joins FRP as Administrative Assistant to the Division Vice President. Previously, Carol was Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Ice Cream Sales at Purity Dairies. She is a board member for the Nashville chapter of the Lupus Foundation and is a volunteer for the American Heart Association.

Sheila Thomas has been hired as an Account Executive for FRP’s Community Classics line of cookbooks. She brings 10 years of cookbook production and sales experience to FRP.

Travis Rader joins FRP as Production Designer. Most recently, he was Production Designer for Ideals Publications in Nashville, designing magazines and children's books. Travis graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Graphic Design.

Since 1961, FRP has produced more than 800 cookbook titles for individuals, companies, and nonprofit organizations from coast to coast. Full support and consultation are available in the creation, production, marketing, and distribution of a cookbook. FRP is a division of Southwestern/Great American, Inc.
