Nancy Wood Moorman has taught home cooks to prepare unforgettable meals for more than 30 years. Her cooking school, Too Many Cooks, opened in 1980, and is still open today in San Antonio, Texas. Moorman is also a renowned caterer in the San Antonio area. Her extensive travels to France, Mexico, Italy, Thailand, Ireland, and Spain, among other countries, have allowed her to focus on regional cooking and incorporate those skills into her everyday recipes.
